Dr. Colin Chellman is the Senior University Dean for Applied Research, Evaluation, & Data Analytics at the City University of New York (CUNY). His research focuses on college readiness and access, the role of college in economic development and workforce training, and the inter-relationships of housing and education. Dr. Chellman is currently working with the New York City Department of Education (DOE) to build a shared student-level longitudinal data system aimed at improving the high school-to-college pipeline (supported by the Gates Foundation).
Dr. Chellman will be presenting on “Research–Practitioner Partnerships in Higher Education: Lessons from the Field.”
