  • Artificial Intelligence & Education Lab

    Penn GSE’s Artificial Intelligence & Education (AIED) Lab, led by Professor Seiji Isotani, bridges artificial intelligence, learning sciences, and education policy to design AI-enabled technologies that are pedagogically grounded and responsive to real-world contexts—particularly in underserved and resource-constraint environments.

  • Knowledge Building Innovation Network

    The Knowledge Building Innovation Network (KBIN) connects members of knowledge building’s global community to continuously innovate on infrastructures for learning and knowledge building.

  • Penn Center for Learning Analytics

    The Penn Center for Learning Analytics uses a blend of large-scale and small-scale research methods, from analytics and data mining to ethnographic and field observation methods, to study learning and engagement.

  • The Penn AI Pedagogy Initiative

    A research-informed initiative grounded in the principle that AI integration must be context-specific and driven by the unique features of academic disciplines. The project aims to provide a low-risk, high-support environment for faculty to engage critically with AI pedagogy.
