Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching at Penn GSE introduces coaching concepts and methodologies to leaders across various industries, such as healthcare and education. Coach the Coach Model

In addition to direct classroom-based coaching, PLN offers a “Coach the Coach” model to equip instructional leaders, mentors, and existing school-based coaches with the tools, strategies, and frameworks to guide their colleagues effectively.
